 The Senior Planner is responsible for managing complex development proposals, typically with multiple types of reviews, including annexation, planned unit developments, zoning map amendments, subdivision plats, variances, and other land entitlements. They are also responsible for coordinating daily activities of planning staff and providing support with code application and customer service. In addition, the Senior Planner will lead to provide support to special planning projects. The Senior Planner must be capable of managing complex planning projects requiring a combination of skills in analysis, presentation, or interpretation of concepts and data pertaining to planning and implementation of plans.
