Chapter-Only Membership
Become a Chapter-Only member
Before you join, it’s important to understand the difference between an APA National membership (which includes Texas Chapter membership) and a Texas Chapter-only membership.
You may become a “chapter-only” member in Texas for only $75/year, however this type of membership does not give you membership to the American Planning Association (National).
As a "chapter-only" member you will be entitled to:
- APA Member discount at the annual APA Texas state conference
- All Chapter and Section publications
- Access to Section activities
- The ability to vote in Texas APA elections
Please note that APA National membership is required to obtain AICP certification.
