A Senior Development Project Facilitator position is available in the City of Fort Worth Development Services’ Project Facilitation team.  This position is responsible for performing highly interactive project management and facilitation for developers of large and complex private development projects through the City’s development review processes. Develops project plans, objectives and timelines to ensure projects meet deadlines. Coordinates project meetings, project specific requirements and offers solutions to achieve project deadlines, builds relationships with developers, other departments and development community stakeholders such as chambers of commerce, commissions and committees.  Identifies risks and strategies to mitigate, as well as communicates with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and issues.  The Senior Development Project Facilitator serves as the developer’s liaison and champion throughout the development review process, advocates for expedited project delivery while ensuring that the City’s regulations and project requirements are still met. Additionally, this role is charged with supervising the Project Facilitation team, including Development Project Facilitators and a Development Project Coordinator.
